I am a  Patient in the Stan Schlueter Loop Ace Dental . Dr. Kumar is my amazing Dentist who created and achieved my superior Dental  plan. I was so eager to began . And from the very start each of my questions were carefully and excellently answered by  Dr. Kumar. He always  made me feel as if I was his only Patient for that day . He took quality time to insure that I felt comfortable with the Dental plans. He is a very kind-hearted and dedicated . As well as having a  very outstanding pleasantly positive attitude towards the people he provides care for. Luz was very transparent in regards to the payments for all the procedures that would be done for the appointment. I have not been with Ace dental before but I’m recommending them to everyone I know. My grandma & I live in Belton but cane across Ace dental in cove we walked up to their tent and we were greeted by a girl named Allie. She was so kind and patient with all the questions my grandma had, she kept her smile through the entire conversation even when my grandma got off topic. She took the time to connect with her. my grandma passed unexpectedly later that day & I didn’t get to thank her for the kindness she showed us. I recommend ace because if they take their time to train their staff to treat customers like the way we were treated then I can only imagine how well they’d take care of anyone who comes in to their office. Got us in for an emergency visit on same day I called. Did excellent work, the tooth looks exact same color as other teeth. The insurance doesn't pay for a crown, so was kind of annoyed at being pressured to pay it of pocket, but other than that great work in timely manner. More

Dr. Ashton and Dr. Gooda were simply amazing! They both took the time to explain everything that they were doing along with informing me of the pros/cons of the procedures I was undergoing. They both ensured that I was completely numb and asked several times during the process to let them know if I felt anything and if I was okay. Right before leaving, Dr. Gooda noticed some of the nerves were awakening and so she numbed me up again until I could get home and take the medication that was prescribed for me. I went to the the dentist today for cleaning and let me tell you the entire staff is beyond awesome. There are no words to describe how wonderful the staff is and how they treat clients. I was nervous and anxious going to the dentist because I have not been to a dentist in about a year and half. I was very self conscious about my teeth. But the oral hygienists that help me were so nice and kind to me, they put my mind at ease because they don't focus on on the look of your teeth, the dentist and oral hygienists just want to make sure that they resolve any tooth issues you may be having and to make that you are not in any tooth pain. Also I love the fact that the primary dentists at Ace Dental don't try and force any unnecessary dental procedures on you and I love the fact that after my cleaning today, the staff gave me a price break down of any dental procedures that I have done in the near future. I wish I had gotten the names of everyone working today at Ace Dental, even the oral hygienists & dentists that I didn’t meet today because that how awesome and wonderful they were with me. And to the dentist and the oral hygienists that helped me today (again I apologize for not getting their names) Thank you all so much for your wonderful service and treatment of me, I truly appreciate it. I went to Ace Dental in Copperas Cove so that my son (who just got his first teeth!) could be seen. It was a very simple quick appointment, the hardest part was all the paperwork Medicare requires. Everyone was excited to work with the baby and Dr. Lakshmi Alapita (sorry if I got the name wrong) was very friendly and gentle with my son. All in all it was stressful, but it went very smoothly and I'm sure our next appointment will be even better. More
